学生桌面技术员通过协助员工来支持部门, 和教职员工通电话, email, 并亲自与他们的技术问题和问题, 硬件和软件支持, 以及设备的安装和配置. 职责包括但不限于协助设备的物理安装和配置, 会议室和教室的技术维护, 计算机硬件准备和维护, monitors, printers, projectors, and more.

时间是灵活的，将根据候选人的可用性和部门的工作量而有所不同. 理想的应聘者每周能工作20个小时左右, 工作时间从周一到周五, 8点到4点之间.
